Pour, Wick & Flow: A Fall Wellness Social
Ease into the season with an afternoon of movement, creativity, and connection. Presented by Women In Power Collective in partnership with Club Pilates, this cozy fall social brings together reformer Pilates, candle making by Made Nu Candles, matcha lattes, and salted caramel lattes by Elegant King Brew with time to network, mix, and mingle.
How the afternoon will flow:
We’ll split into two groups, with 12 reformer spots available per session.
From 2–3 p.m., the first group will enjoy reformer Pilates at Club Pilates while the second group makes candles, sips lattes, and connects with other guests. Making candles first gives this group’s creations time to cool and set during their Pilates session.
At approximately 3 p.m., the groups will swap. The second group will head into the reformer studio, while the first group enjoys candle making, lattes, and mingling. Candles will need time to cool and set before they’re ready to take home, so plan to linger and enjoy the company.
Dress Code: Cozy Fall Athleisure
Wear comfy, cozy athleisure that lets you stretch and move with ease. Think matching sets, leggings, and soft layers in white, cream, beige, maroon, burgundy, auburn, or black.
Grip socks (non-slip Pilates socks) are required for your reformer session. If you arrive without them, you’ll need to purchase a pair at the venue.
Come solo or bring a friend for a little movement, something delicious to sip, and new connections—right in time for fall.
